•        Starts Tues. Jan. 20, 6:30 – 8:45 PM

                     6 weeks: All Zoom

•        Recommended for those new to our community or as a ‘Back to the Basics’  refresher.

•        Through discussions, experiential exercises, and ‘break-out’ groups, participants will gain 
              practical tools to cultivate thriving relationships and promote overall well-being.
